How does everyone clean their mouth calls? Is mouthwash too harsh on the reeds? What about this product?

I dip mine in Scope Mouth Wash and it seems to work for me. I have been told that Scope is the only Mouth Wash that will not damage the latex but don't know that for sure. I use Scope anyway so it is convienient for me.
When I do a show and am calling a lot, I tend to get a sore throat and I think it is because of bacteria but since I have started using the scope I don't get it nearly as bad. It makes the calls taste better also.

I use scope too. I put a thin piece of sponge in the bottom one of the plastic (skoal type) snuff containers, soak it with scope and keep my calls in that all season. Fits nicely in your shirt pocket for easy access. Works for me.
