What is your favorite call and why?

I'd probably opt for the box call to, simply because they are easy to use. I'm getting better with a diaphram call though, and they are impervious to weather. gd

I'm the same way gd, my use of a mouth call is also getting better and I hope to be better by the opening of Turkey Season.
I got a copper pot call a couple of years ago from a call maker named Larry Gresser, what started out as what I though was a gimmick but turned out to be a sweet sounding call that I have taken several birds with.

I guess mine is an old Wingbone call I got several years ago. It has a special sound that almost always gets a response when all else fails!

Nothing works better for me than a good slate call. It makes the best clucks and purrs of any call in my opinion.
