I trap on Sundays. Hunt too if I see the right critter while I'm out.

Hmmm... I've been places where it wasn't allowed, and until a decade ago, it still wasn't here in Ohio. In deer camp in Michigan, we always hunted on sunday without an afterthought. Conversely, a few weeks ago, my little brother went out sunday morning, killed his first buck, and still made it to church. I don't know what the right answer is, because it'll be different for everyone. My personal proclivities are this: What better way to relax on a sunday than spending time in God's wonderful creation? And you don't have to shoot if you don't think it's right.

My opinion;
The entire earth is GOD'S house, I couldn't think of a better place to worship (2nd to the church) than outdoors.

in our county, you cant hunt on sundays but in some you can. my mother always taught us that even Gods Creatures need a break on Sundays. Its kinda hard to rationalize because i do trap on Sundays and i know there really isnt a difference but i have never hunted on Sunday even though i have been in counties on Sunday where i could have.

Hunting is resting for me. Nothing unwinds me more than being outdoors. So, yes I do hunt on Sundays.

I hunt and trap on Sundays, but its always before and after church. Like somebody else said, one of the reasons I enjoy the outdoors is because its a way to be close to God and his creation.
