What's your favorite rifle/caliber for coyotes? Mine is .223. Also, how do you like to hunt 'em?

For daytime I use A 220 Swift 55 gr Nosler. For Night calling Remington 700 25/06 87gr Noslers. The Swift is no good for night time hunting as the fine crosshairs on A Leupold 6.5x20 is too fine to see.

I prefer to hunt them with a #3 double coil, or a well placed snare.

Bob, Marjie and I both use .223 caliber's.
I'm using my AR15 and I traded for a custom .223 barrel for Marjie's TC Pro Hunter.
We haven't had a chance to hunt the critters this year, but we are looking forward to cooler weather this fall.

I've used just about every caliber out there for coyotes and other predators. Right now, I prefer a 22-250 or my old 243.
For saving fur, I used to use a 17Rem, and I now shoot a 221 fireball.
In heavy brush i like a Ruger Red Label o/u with 3" BB's and #4 Buck.

Number three Bridger that is laminated, Four coiled, Triple Swiveled, and has the ends of the Jaws welded so they can't be popped out of the frame.
