A Message from The Sportsmen's Devotional Team
Thoughts
Today, we do not have a devotional for you;
but rather, a message for 2008 from the
Sportsmen's Devotional Team.
First, we want to thank you for being a
member of Sportsmen's
Devotional.com.
We promise, with God's help, to do our best
possible job for you in the coming year. We
will work
diligently to provide the thousands
of worldwide members with a message that
will
teach a simple Bible lesson each day. We
will continue to keep each lesson on point,
and
the Outdoor Tips useful and relevant.
Our lessons take about three minutes to
read;
and surely each of us can commit three
minutes of
reading time to God
each day.
Getting good quality
photographs for our publication has been a
challenge
for us. We are launching a photographer
program
soon to address this issue.
We will also continue to add new writers
from the
U.S. as well as internationally.
We ask that you give us grace
ahead of time
should you find editorial errors. Most of our
team
are
sportsmen, not English experts. We write
from
our hearts with the hope that it
will deepen and encourage your personal
walk with Christ daily. We also ask
that you act as all men should--as the
Bereans of the past--study what we say
to ensure that it is Biblically correct.
Feel free to contact us at anytime if you have
questions or need Sportsmen's Event
support.
We also have a team of 40 men that meets
once a week to pray for our needs and
those
members who Email us requesting prayer.
It may
take a few
days for you to receive a response to your
Email, as
the person
responding is a game warden who
may be in the field when it arrives.
God Bless you as you choose to Walk in
His Paths each day.
