When you get done cleaning it and preping it, How do you like to cook it??

Let me give an explanation: 1-Charcoal and wood for flavor. 2-Propane for convenience. 3-Campfire for good company. 4-Smoker for large fatty cuts. 5-Intake manifold for getting the proper air/fuel mixture to my engine. So, I guess its just about all of the above. Schrader PS-I think might try smoking some cheese this year-if anybody has suggestions on how this is done, let me know. At this point I dont know if Im supposed to bite off the end and then light it, or just light the end and smoke it?
